SIMMemo

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 9, 2026

SIMMemo is an iOS app for tracking SIM and eSIM numbers, related service accounts, balances, and keep-alive reminders. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information You Enter

SIMMemo lets you save records such as:

Where Your Data Is Stored

By default, SIMMemo stores app data locally on your device. Passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain rather than in plain app database fields.

If you enable iCloud sync in SIMMemo settings, your phone-number and account records sync through your private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. Passwords may sync through Apple's synchronizable Keychain. The developer does not operate a SIMMemo server that receives these records.

Notifications

SIMMemo can schedule local keep-alive reminders if you grant notification permission. Notification settings can be changed in iOS Settings at any time.

Clipboard

When you tap the copy button for a saved password, SIMMemo writes that password to the system clipboard so you can paste it where needed.

Data Collection and Tracking

SIMMemo does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking. The developer does not sell your data and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Third-Party Services

SIMMemo uses Apple system services including iCloud, CloudKit, Keychain, UserNotifications, and SwiftData. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's privacy policy and iCloud terms.

Data Deletion

You can delete saved phone numbers and service account records inside the app. Deleting the app from your device removes local app data. If iCloud sync is enabled, iCloud data can also be managed through Apple ID and iCloud settings.
